This program is designed for beginners who want to learn to run and/or run their first short marathon.


Jase is an expereinced Ultra Marathon Runner and Running Coach. He has had lots of questions regarding how to start running. So Jase has developed a 12 week program for novice runners. The program includes drills and strengthing exercises. Whilst participating in the program you will have access to an online forum with videos and photos of running drills and exercise. You will also have an online community support to share your expereince and questions with Jase and other who are completing the same program. 


The program can be started at any time.
