Ultra Fit Athlete bootcamps are designed for those who live and breath a healthy lifestyle and love to be outdoors.
We cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, every one can gain something from our boot camps. We tailor exercise to your experience all whilst pushing that little bit further each time
We use a variety of training styles including, AMRAP, HIIT, and Tabata to name a few. Our sessions use a combination of body weight and equipment. When you turn up you never know what will be in store for you. You can training as a team, with a partner or as an individual.

We are located at Maroubra Beach. We meet on the sand across from the outside gym. You will need to bring water, towel, runners (sometimes we are on the cement/grass) hat and suncream.
Classes run for 45-60 min. We start promptly on time. Our times is as follows
Monday AM 0600 & 1800
Wednesday 0600 & 1800
Class times are subject to change based around client demand
